Prior to starting AirVM, Josh held senior positions at Zip, Rebel, Pool and ExpertHost.

Mark Shavlik as over 25 years of technical and business leadership experience. As CEO Mark Shavlik made his company, Shavlik Technologies, into one of the most trusted and respected names in IT security and Redmond magazine named him a Windows Guru in 2007. Mark joined Microsoft pre-IPO where he was one of the original developers of Windows NT. Mark also served as a VP and General Manager at VMware after they acquired Shavlik Technologies. Mark currently runs a new software company he founded that is still in stealth mode, he serves on the board of AirVM, and is an early stage investor in select start up companies. Mark has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Greg is Vice President of Business Development at Wesley Clover. Prior to joining Wesley Clover, he was Vice President Corporate Planning at March Networks where he was responsible for guiding strategic financing and planning, M&A activities, investor relations, and Board of Director relations. Before joining March Networks, Greg served in the Chairman’s office at Newbridge Networks during the critical period leading to the company’s acquisition by Alcatel in 2000. He has extensive experience at a senior management level assisting technology companies from start-up to large multinationals in dealing with the strategic issues common to the high tech sector.

Don Smith has more than 30 years of experience in the communications technology industry, including more than six years at Mitel Corporation from 1979 to 1986 where he was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President in 1981 with global responsibility for sales and marketing. Following his career at Mitel Corporation, he became President of AIT Corporation. He successfully took AIT public in 1993. In 1996 Don founded and was president and CEO of Cambrian Systems Corporation. In December 1998 Cambrian Systems was acquired by Nortel Networks Corporation and from then until 2000, Smith was VP and General Manager of OPTera Solutions, a division of Nortel. In January 2000, Smith was promoted to President of Optical Internet at Nortel. Don served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mitel Networks Corp., from 2001 to 2011.

Patrick has over 15 years of highly relevant investment and entrepreneurial experience. As vice president of investment at Innovacorp, Patrick oversaw the organization’s seed and early-stage venture capital activities.
In 2004, Patrick founded CVAI to launch Starbucks Coffee in Atlantic Canada, securing an exclusive license to operate. Starbucks Corporation acquired CVAI in 2008.
Previously, Patrick held senior positions with Boston-based venture capital firm Atlas Venture and the Boston Consulting Group, which provides strategic advisory services for leading companies around the world.
